Returns & Exchange Policy
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY TERMS/CONDITIONS:
Returns and exchanges must be made within 10 business days of the date the order was received.
There are no cash refunds- items can be exchanged for another item or a credit for future purchases can be issued.
Please note: credits are valid for 90 days from the date credit is issued.
We do not provide a shipping label for returns by any means.
To return or exchange an item, please email email@example.com with your name, order #, item to be returned/exchanged.
We will respond within 48 hours upon receipt of your email to begin the exchange process
IMPORTANT: All merchandise returns or exchanges are subject to the item being returned in the condition it was sent. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, broken, or washed. All tags must remain attached.
Returns and Exchanges are not permitted for the following items:
- Personalized Items
- Bathing Suits
- Sale Items
